Heavy Duty Electric Self Feed
Units
Features
Airmachines' Heavy Duty Self Feed Units have been designed with low
maintenance in mind. Drive belts can be rapidly changed with minimal
disassembly of the unit, reducing down time. These units can be installed
in any position using any of our several mounting clamps and fixtures.
Both tool extension and retraction speed is adjustable. Units come
standard with a built in hydracheck feed regulator. All working parts
such as the spindle, sleeve, and sleeve guide, etc., are hardened and
ground. The spindle ball bearings are oversized in order to insure
rigidity even during the heaviest working conditions. The extra sleeve
protrusion makes it possible to mount multiple spindle drilling heads.
